ÀNALÚ is the Irish Gaelic word for “to breathe” the place where all healing begins.

This is a deeply personalised practice that blends breathwork, inner child healing, and nervous system regulation. Together, these tools create space for you to release what has been stored in your body, shift the patterns and behaviours that keep you stuck, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Much of what holds us back comes from childhood — the parts of us that didn’t feel safe, seen, or loved in the way we needed. Those experiences live on in the body, shaping our nervous system responses and repeating in our adult lives. Through gentle breathwork and inner child work, you begin to meet these parts of yourself with compassion, creating the safety that allows real healing to happen.

This practice supports you in regulating your nervous system, softening stress and overwhelm, and building the capacity to move through life with more ease.

My Story…

Hi, I’m Claire-Louise - founder of Análú. I was born from my own healing journey. I grew up in a small seaside town in Ireland, surrounded by the wild ocean and a deep sense of connection to nature, and I now call Melbourne home.

My path into this work is deeply personal. My grandfather died by suicide, and that loss shaped so much of who I am. In many ways, he lives through me in this work — guiding my heart and reminding me why creating safe, supportive spaces for others matters so much.

I found breathwork at a time when I knew something had to change. I had struggled with alcohol and drugs, trying to quiet the feelings I didn’t know how to face. Breathwork became the thing that saved me — it brought me back to myself when I felt completely lost.

From that moment, I knew I had to share it. Now, through breathwork and inner child healing, I have the privilege of walking alongside others as they release what’s been weighing them down and find their way back home to themselves.
